About Marco Markovich

Marco is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles, California. A native Californian, he worked at a young age on film productions like "Back to the Future" Ride (which was filmed in Berkshire County) and IMAX films by MacGillivray Freeman Films. In 1992, he travels to Seville contracted to work at the World's Fair (Expo 92) where he is responsible for its Omnimax theater until its closure in 1999. He moves to Kuwait where he opens the first IMAX theater in the Middle East as Theater Director. After the second Gulf War in 2003, he returns to Seville to establish permanent residence. In Spain, he set up a successful wedding and portrait studio - Boda de Cine Fotografia with his wife. During this period he brought a new style of wedding photography to the region.

With more than 150 weddings shot while based in Europe and soaking up Spanish culture, Marco brings a fresh, cinematic approach to wedding and portrait photography.

In addition to his photography projects, he works supervising the installation of digital state of the art cinemas around the world. He not only mixes his passion for cinema and his passion for photography but also unites his experience and creativity to create true cinematic images!
